- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- Handful of Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- Juice of 1 Orange
- 1 Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Have all ingredients in a giant ziptop congius bag. Marinate in icebox for 1-2 hours.
- Frame on barbecue until meat is just grilled finished. OR
