Super Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies #christmas #cookies

These pillowy overstuffed, oh so delicious, and uber flavorous squash brown divide cookies are just what I needed for Autumn. I bed been in a bit of a Hap depression! I spent a short moment in Arizona, and it was ridiculously hot. Then I descend back internal, and it is cool, so I indorse out the sweaters and boots, exclusive to get hit with 90 grade withstand again the succeeding day.   • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups pumpkin (libby's)
  • 1 1/2 Tbs vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, for best results use 1 cup milk chocolate and 1 cup bittersweet

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the sugars, vegetal oil, eggs, squash, seasoner, and pumpkin spice coat in a standpoint mixer until advisable conglomerate.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, together in a capacious containerful
  4. Add the flour mix to the pumpkin mix, and mix until totally integrated.
  5. Stir/fold in chocolate chips
  6. Goal a hot tray with non-stick mat or parchment article
