Ingredients
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
- 40 raspberries
- 40 blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberry or blueberry sauce
Directions
Clean raspberries by picking through the berries and discard any that are blemished.
Clean the blueberries and discard any that are blemished.
Scoop out 8 servings of ice cream into ice cream cups.
If prepared prior to serving, scoop ice cream into dishes and freeze until ready to serve.
When ready, drizzle sauce of choice over top of ice cream. Garnish with raspberries and blueberries. (Prepared raspberry and blueberry sauces are readily available in food stores.)
